SALON INBOUND ("the Service") respects the privacy of salon owners and their customers ("Users") and handles personal information appropriately. This policy explains how we collect, use, and manage personal information within the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Name, email address, and phone number (collected from customers at booking)
Salon information (name, address, business hours, etc.)
Booking information (date/time, menu, status)
Log data related to service usage

2. Google Calendar Integration

The Service provides optional Google Calendar integration for salon owners. When this feature is enabled, we access Google Calendar data solely for the following purposes:

Writing booking information to the salon owner's Google Calendar
Reading calendar events to display available booking slots to customers
Enabling calendar-based booking management within the dashboard

Google Calendar data obtained through this integration is used exclusively for the purposes listed above. We do not share this data with third parties or use it for advertising. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Salon owners can revoke access at any time via Google Account Settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Confirming, managing, and sending booking notifications
Operating and improving the Service
Providing customer support
Complying with legal obligations

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share Users' personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

With the User's explicit consent
When required by law
With service providers necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing)

5. Data Storage & Security

Collected data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with appropriate access controls and encryption.

6. Cookies

The Service uses cookies solely to store user preferences such as language settings. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
